Lect. Univ. Dr. Ion \u2013 Alexandru Ardereanu began his musical training in 1992, at the &#8220;Ion Vidu&#8221; National College of Art in Timi\u0219oara, majoring in Violin and, later, Theoretical Studies. Between 2004 and 2008, he followed two undergraduate specializations in parallel, Musical Interpretation &#8211; Singing and Orthodox Pastoral Theology at the West University of Timi\u0219oara. Later, between 2008 and 2012, he successfully completed his first doctoral research, in the field of Orthodox Theology, at &#8220;Babe\u0219 &#8211; Bolyai&#8221; University in Cluj &#8211; Napoca, under the direction of Rev. Prof. Univ. Dr. Vasile Stanciu.        <\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.21.0&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p><em><\/em>Wanting to broaden his professional horizons, in 2015 he enrolled at the &#8220;Gheorghe Dima&#8221; Academy of Music in Cluj-Napoca, in the undergraduate courses of the Music Pedagogy specialization, which he graduated in 2018, as head of promotion. Also in 2015, he enrolled in his second doctoral specialization, in the field of Musicology, at the West University of Timi\u0219oara, under the supervision of Prof. Univ. Dr. Habil. Lucian \u2013 Emil Ro\u0219ca. The public defense of the second doctoral thesis will take place in February 2020, with the work receiving the maximum qualification, <em>summa cum laudae<\/em>.    <\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8221;4.21.0&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_column type=&#8221;4_4&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.21.0&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.20.2&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>Since 2008, after completing his first undergraduate studies, he remains at the Chair of Choral Singing at the Faculty of Music of the West University of Timi\u0219oara, as an associate teacher. In 2013, he is tenured at the same institution as a University Assistant and since 2015 he has been promoted to the didactic rank of University Lecturer, also being entrusted with the Religious Music course. Starting from 2021, he is tenured as a University Lecturer at &#8220;Aurel Vlaicu&#8221; University in Arad, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Music Studies Program, with responsibility for the History of Music and Musical Aesthetics subjects.
